Eminem Fat weighs over 200 Pounds Now
Eminem was rushed to a hospital over the holidays to receive treatment for a serious heart condition and severe pneumonia, according to TMZ.
Apparently, the Without Me hitmaker has stepped away from the limelight because his weight had ballooned to over 200lbs.
The rapper’s publicist released this statement: “Over the holidays, Marshall Mathers, aka Eminem, was under doctor’s care at a Detroit-area hospital for complications due to pneumonia. He has since been released and is doing well recovering at home.”

In my opinion it serves him right, okay he had one or two good songs but hes past it now, and oh my god im sorry but anyone who finds him sexy obviously needs to get their eyes tested. The guy may once have had a “nice” body but hes let himself go big time. In the video “just lose it” when he was running naked it was a stunt double anyway for most of it lol, i feel sorry for the guy dont get me wrong but still hes dug his hole. let him rot in it.
